Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using teqvault.online, eyuforyia.com, quetiemals.online, and any associated services, mobile applications, or games published under Average Jude Games (the publishing name of Teq Vault LLC), including but not limited to Quetiemals, Quetiemals Connect 4, Forge & Ruin, and TeqMusic (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Services (including but not limited to Quetiemals, Quetiemals Connect 4, Forge & Ruin, Eyuforyia, TeqMusic's curated music catalog, and all associated lore, characters, and artwork) are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Services is strictly prohibited without express written consent from Teq Vault LLC.

3. User Accounts

Some Services, including TeqMusic, require you to create an account to use them. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Your Local Music and Our Curated Catalog

TeqMusic allows you to play audio files already stored on your own device. We claim no ownership over, and make no license claim to, any music you already own and choose to play through the app. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any music you play through TeqMusic that is not part of our curated catalog.

Separately, TeqMusic offers a curated catalog of music published by Teq Vault LLC (the “Curated Catalog”). This content is provided for streaming and offline download within the app for your personal, non-commercial use only, and remains our intellectual property as described in Section 2.

TeqMusic Curated Catalog License. Subject to these Terms, Teq Vault LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and, where the feature is available, download tracks from the Curated Catalog solely for personal listening inside the TeqMusic application. This license does not transfer ownership of any track, lyric, artwork, or associated lore. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, upload, or share Curated Catalog files outside the app;
• Use Curated Catalog content for public performance, broadcast, commercial use, or in other applications;
• Remove, alter, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or re-host the audio, lyrics, or lore content.

Downloading a track for offline listening does not expand this license. Lore fragments unlocked through listening are likewise Teq Vault intellectual property and are licensed to you only for personal viewing within the app.

5. TeqStream and Third-Party Content

TeqStream is a media player. It plays video files already stored on your own device, and it streams material from open, third-party sources. Teq Vault LLC does not host, own, or control that material.

• Your own files. Videos on your device remain entirely yours. TeqStream reads them locally for playback and makes no claim over them.
• Public domain and openly licensed material. Films, documentaries, and audiobooks are drawn from the Internet Archive, including LibriVox recordings. These are provided by third parties under public domain or open licences. Availability, accuracy of licensing metadata, and continued access are outside our control.
• Live channels. Live streams are indexed by the open iptv-org directory and are transmitted by their respective broadcasters. We do not rebroadcast, cache, modify, or monetise these streams, and we make no claim of affiliation with any broadcaster. Channels may change or stop working at any time.
• Reporting a concern. If you are a rights holder and believe material reachable through TeqStream infringes your rights, contact us at support@teqvault.online and we will remove or block the relevant source from the app promptly.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party content complies with the licence attached to it and with the laws of your jurisdiction. TeqStream provides no download, capture, or redistribution feature for third-party streams, and circumventing this is a breach of these Terms.

6. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials on Teq Vault LLC's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Teq Vault LLC's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Teq Vault LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Teq Vault LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Teq Vault LLC's website, even if Teq Vault LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
