TeqStream

One player for everything you watch. Your own video files, free live channels, public domain cinema, and volunteer-read audiobooks — in a single app that asks for nothing in return.

Coming soon to Google Play

Your Library

Scans the video already on your device and plays it with generated thumbnails, resume, and format warnings for files Android struggles with. Nothing is uploaded.

Local only · Never leaves your phone

Open Catalogs

Public domain films and documentaries from the Internet Archive, LibriVox audiobooks, and freely broadcast live channels from the open iptv-org directory. Openly licensed material only — no scraped or unlicensed catalogs.

Capabilities

Watching and listening

Live Channels

Thousands of free-to-air streams, filterable by country and category.

Public Domain Cinema

Feature films, noir, silent era, cartoons, and archival documentary.

Audiobooks

LibriVox readings with chapter lists and per-chapter resume.

Real Player Controls

Picture-in-picture, background playback, speed control, and resume where you left off.

By Design

No account. No server. No catch.

TeqStream has no sign-in screen, because it has nothing to sign in to. There is no Teq Vault server behind it collecting what you watch.

Watch progress, favorites, and playlists live on your device and go nowhere else. When you stream, your phone talks directly to the Internet Archive or the broadcaster — we are not in the middle of it, and we do not see it.

About the catalog

TeqStream provides access to third-party content that Teq Vault does not host, curate, or rate. Live channels and archive material can include news footage, horror, and other adult themes, and individual streams can go offline without notice. Viewer discretion is advised.

Everything in one player

TeqStream is in testing. When it launches on Google Play, it will play what is already on your phone and open a library of freely licensed film, television, and literature alongside it.
