Welcome to Teq Vault LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), publishing mobile games and software under the name Average Jude Games. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (teqvault.online, teqxus.app (including TeqDocs), teqvault.study, eyuforyia.com, and quetiemals.online), use our mobile applications — including TeqMusic — and interact with our associated platforms.

Information We Collect

• Log Data: Like many website operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our site. This may include your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other statistics.
• Contact Information: If you use our contact forms, we collect your name, email address, and any message content you provide to respond to your inquiries.
• Account Information: Some of our apps, including TeqMusic, require an account to use. Creating one collects your email address and a securely hashed password, handled through our authentication provider, Supabase. We never store your password in plain text and do not have direct access to it.

Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies to store information about visitors' preferences, to record user-specific information on which pages the site visitor accesses, and to personalize or customize our web page content based upon visitors' browser type or other information.

Google AdSense and DoubleClick Cookie

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites.
• Users may opt-out of the use of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings webpage.

Third-Party Privacy Policies

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information, including their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Web Services

TeqXus (teqxus.app)

TeqXus is an AI platform. To use it you may create an account, and what you submit is processed as follows:

• Account information: An email address and authentication credentials, stored with our database provider, Supabase, acting as a processor on our behalf.
• Your prompts and content: Text you submit for AI processing is sent to the third-party AI provider that generates the response. Those providers process it under their own terms. Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with an AI service.
• Payments (TeqXus Pro): Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by us. We retain only what we need to know your subscription status, such as a customer reference and plan tier. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

TeqDocs (teqxus.app/teqdocs)

TeqDocs is a document reader that runs in your browser. Documents you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. TeqDocs does not require an account and does not collect personal information.

Teq Vault Study (teqvault.study)

Teq Vault Study is an educational resource. It does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Any progress or preferences are kept in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.

Mobile Applications

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published under Average Jude Games, the publishing name used by Teq Vault LLC (Bossier City, Louisiana, USA) on Google Play, including but not limited to QUETIEMALS, QUETIEMALS Connect 4, Forge & Ruin, and TeqMusic. Any reference to "we," "our," or "us" in this Policy refers to Teq Vault LLC / Average Jude Games.

• Data Collection: Where an app includes analytics or advertising components, it may collect device-specific information, including Device IDs (such as Advertising IDs), operating system version, device model, and IP address to support app functionality, analytics, and crash reporting.
• Third-Party Services: Some of our apps utilise third-party SDKs and services (for example Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Firebase, or Supabase, depending on the app) which may collect information in accordance with their own respective privacy policies.
• Data Usage: We use this information to provide our services, improve user experience, and, where applicable, serve personalized advertisements.

TeqMusic Specifically

TeqMusic is a music player app that combines music you already own with a curated catalog published by Teq Vault LLC. Because of how it works, it collects and stores some information beyond what's described above:

• Account data: Your email address and authentication credentials, used solely to sign you in and keep your data (playlists, listening history) tied to your account.
• Media library access: With your permission, TeqMusic reads audio files already stored on your device so you can play them in the app. These files are read locally for playback only — they are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party, unless you are an app administrator specifically using an internal content-management feature to add tracks to the curated catalog.
• Listening activity: We record which tracks you play and how long you listen, tied to your account, to power features like your personal "Most Played" list and to determine when narrative content ("lore") tied to a curated track unlocks for you.
• Playlists: Playlists you create, and which tracks you add to them, are stored under your account so they're available whenever you sign in.
• Downloaded content: If you download a curated track for offline listening, the audio file is stored locally on your device. This is separate from, and does not affect, your device's local music library.
• Backend provider: TeqMusic's account system and app data are hosted by Supabase. Supabase processes this data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. See Supabase's own privacy policy for details on their practices as a processor.

TeqMusic does not currently include a third-party advertising SDK. In-app promotional content for other Teq Vault products (e.g., a "More from Teq Vault" section) links out to our own websites or store listings and does not involve any ad network or additional data collection beyond standard link-tap analytics, if enabled.

TeqStream Specifically

TeqStream is a media player for video, live channels, and audiobooks. It does not require an account, and we do not operate a server that receives your data. It does, however, display advertising supplied by a third party, which collects information under its own policy. The points below describe everything it does with information.

• Local storage only: Watch progress, favorites, playlists, and app settings are stored on your device. They are never transmitted to us, and they are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
• Media library access: With your permission, TeqStream reads video files already stored on your device so you can play them in the app. These files are read locally for playback only — they are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.
• Third-party content sources: TeqStream streams openly licensed and public domain material from the Internet Archive (archive.org), and publicly broadcast channels indexed by the open iptv-org directory. When you browse or play this content, your device connects directly to those services and to the servers hosting a given stream. Those parties may receive your IP address and request details, subject to their own privacy policies. We neither receive nor store this activity.
• No account: TeqStream has no sign-in, and we do not collect an email address or any other identifier for it.
• Advertising: TeqStream displays banner advertising supplied by Google AdMob (Google LLC) and its advertising partners, which act as independent controllers of the data they collect. To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and its partners may collect your device's advertising identifier, device and operating system details, coarse country-level location derived from your IP address, and records of ad impressions and interactions. This information is collected and used by Google and its partners under their own privacy policies, available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We do not receive it.
• Your advertising choices: You can reset or delete your advertising identifier, or opt out of personalised advertising entirely, in your device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer and Android version). Doing so does not remove ads, but it limits how they are personalised.
• Where ads appear: Advertising is shown on the app's home screen only. We do not place advertising on the Live TV screen, over video or audio playback, or against any third-party broadcast stream.
• Removing ads: Where a supporter purchase is offered, buying it disables advertising in the app. The purchase is processed by the relevant app store; we do not receive or store your payment details.
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDK: Beyond the advertising SDK described above, TeqStream includes no third-party analytics or crash-reporting service, and we operate no analytics of our own.
• Our own promotions: Banners for other Teq Vault products are built into the app and link out to our own websites or store listings. These are separate from the third-party advertising described above, and involve no ad network or additional data collection.

Children's Information

We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website or through one of our apps, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
